Once again life has been busy some of it good but some of it very sad, we had a berevement in the family a very special brother-in-law, he was only 52, music and guitar were his love, Dave had just finished a band practice when he took a heart attack. He had a very special gift of lighting up a room with his smile. R.I.P. Dave. x

My mum also had another cancerous lump removed from her breast and we are just waiting the results from that...she is 80 and had a breast removed 5 years ago.... she was in her last 6months when the hospital found another lump. Bless her she is so positive. Love you mum. xxx

I have also been packing up my house as I am moving to somewhere a little bigger giving me a room for all my crafting 'STUFF' at last the kitchen and lounge and staircase will be free of the clutter. And a window in my kitchen....Yahoo xx Chris won't have to sleep on the sofa again... ah bless her little cotton socks.

I am child minding this weekend ( or is it the other way around!!! are they are granny sitting? ) whilst mum n dad go to a wedding...

Now these children keep me smiling and I just happen to be carrying my camera today... how could I not smile at these....let me share them with you....
This is 11 yr old Jessie ...I think you will agree she has a style of her own

here she is with Lucy
.Her older sister Alecia also with Lucy.
And both girls together..... a pair of shady characters...lol

See the ' black n silver ' necklace I made, it's one of my faves.

Thanx for looking. Chriss x :0)

Hey Chriss! It's good to see your post! Your granddaughters are adorably stylish! You must have a lot of fun with them! I imagine they have their eyes are your wonderful jewelry creations!

I hope good memories of your brother-in-law are assuaging some of your grief.

I did not realize your mother was suffering from breast cancer. That breast cancer is a nasty beast - it runs rampant in my family. All of the women on my maternal side. My 21 year old daughter feels doomed but also feels somewhat reassured in that my sister and I were both diagnosed in very early stages because of vigilant checkups. I hope you are taking care of yourself! A hug and a kiss to your mum!

Dear Chriss,

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother-in-law. It just seems so wrong to lose someone so quickly like that at such a young age. I'm also saddened to hear about your Mom. I will be thinking about your Mother and sending love and prayers. Please keep us posted. I know it's not an easy time.

The girls are adorable. How wonderful to have such bright and beautiful lights in your life. I'm still smiling.

Love and hugs,
Donna

Hello Chriss
I am sorry about the loss of your BIL. Hugs to your family. I love the fashion photos..it appears your daughter is wearing a "Stewart" tartan skirt...I love it. Stewart was my Dad's name (son's middle name) and is also a family name.
