Hello ...Just what have we been getting up to

Hello,

I forgot to share this ATC with you which I entered for The Crafty Individual

ATC challenge, I sent in 2, one that you have already seen. Although I don't know who received mine I was delighted with the 2 I received...Thanks to Jean and Malcolm for arranging the swap.

WHAT is this I hear you ask...well something that would normally find it's way into the bin .... however my daughter who doesn't understand my love of paper and stamps and crafting...CHALLENGED me to do something with the sugar free chewing gum packet and hey ...she was impressed....so if you want to see what I came up with pop back next week and I will show you.

Along with this set of drawers.... pop back to see what I have done to them!!!

Not forgetting the above wine box which I challenged Chris, Debbie and myself to CHANGE the look of using COSMO CRICKET papers.... just how did we cope with this challenge ...what did we create????

Easy as123 tag your'e it.

Hello.. I am back from a fab holiday spent with my lovely friends Denise and Stuart.

Thank you to everyone who continued to visit the papergirls blog leaving your warm comments...I hope to get round to you all very soon.

Here is my piece for this weeks ''Tag you're it'' over HERE ...the challenge this week is to use

the background is a piece of velum that has been embossed and under that is a tag which I created using alcohol inks.

Whilst away Denise and I still managed to have ago at last weeks challenge

''time for tea''

However we didn't manage to get them posted as we spent our days around the pool and making Jewelry.... look out for some of it, I will be posting a couple of pieces including a necklace I made at my very first Jewelry making class.

This first Tag was created by Denise... I adore it and am pleased to say I am the proud ownwer of it ...it's in my collection. :))

Tag number 2 is my contribution as we didnt have anything in the way of stamps tea pots etc ...I came up with an invite to tea...arn't they GORGEOUS.

Thanks for looking and a very Happy Birthday to youngest DGD Jessie she is 11 today.

For those who don't know Jessie this is her holding up a card she made for a challenge last year on Tanda forum.

All 3 of the gorgeous backgrounds were put together using Cosmo Cricket papers...you know how much I love their papers...lol.

Tag you're it... Wings

Hi,
Chris and I have just spent a fabulous 24hrs crafting our likkle hearts out with very little sleep taking place.

This tag is for the Tag You're It challenge this week and is one of the pieces that I finished...Can't tell you what Chris created but I will say one of them has loads of lovely lace and both of them have lots of pearls and stamping..keep an eye out for them on her blog...they are stunning.

Now back to my tag, the paper used is one of Cosmo Crickets the stamp is from Karen at Scrapz (paperartzy) along with the German metal wings.

I tried 'dooooood-ling' without my glasses...'cos I've lost them and waiting for my new ones, I couldn't see properly... hence a bit untidy... but never mind I'll do better next time LOL.

I also created a gorgeous holder for wine using even more of the fab Cosmo Cricket papers however thats for a later post as I have challenge Chris to make one too she has just 2weeks to complete it.

artygirls blue and yellow

Hello once again for the Arty girlz challenge the theme being Blue and Yellow for this week..now I may have told you at some point that that colour combo is not one I would use I am a real Autumn girl...however I did play with inking backgrounds last week and the above is one of them...so on seeing the challenge this morning I came up with this ATC.

The image and words are both from 'Lisa's Altered Art' sheets... the background branch used to give more depth to the sky is one I purchased from Karen at Scrapz over HERE.... It is from 'The Cherry Pie' collection.

This fabulous 'Birds of a Feather' ATC is from Denises in Dubai her take on Blue and Yellow colour combo.

ROFPMSL..LOL... you have not gone crazy...I posted the top Moon Fairy ATC earlier however I went back to it a while later and thought ...this is not yet finnished...enough for me... so out came a franked postage stamp to complete it ..now I am H A PP Y with it. xxx
